About the project
In the heart of Bishkek, a unique multifunctional district is taking shape, a modern architectural enclave destined to become a focal point of attraction. Two graceful structures, a business hub boasting a two-tier parking lot and a contemporary complex housing a hotel, are interconnected by skywalks, seamlessly blending into an existing multifaceted edifice. Together, they create a harmonious urban space featuring outdoor parking areas, verdant recreational spaces, and shaded promenades. From this intimate courtyard, convenient access is provided to the east and west, while the front facade of the business hub opens onto a verdant boulevard, offering unique corners for relaxation and leisurely conversation.

From this intimate courtyard, convenient access is provided to the east and west, while the front facade of the business hub opens onto a verdant boulevard, offering unique corners for relaxation and leisurely conversation.

On the upper floors of the hotel and business center, as if suspended above the cityscape, there exist terraces and a restaurant that offer breathtaking panoramic views, imbuing one with a sense of liberation and inspiration. The business centre is a modern five-storey edifice, where the open-plan office spaces have been meticulously designed with the most recent ergonomic trends in mind and are equipped with cutting-edge technology, meeting the stringent requirements of modern-day office spaces.
