It is a three-storey building with a functional terrace, which houses a spacious bar, a sports and sunbathing area. Due to the natural motifs of the facade, the building harmoniously fits into the surrounding landscape.

The hotel building combines and connects all existing facilities of the recreation center into one unified plan, creating a comfortable space for guests. On the ground floor, there is the administration, a conference room, and a restaurant, as well as rooms with terraces. On the second and third floors, there are rooms with glass facades and terraces overlooking the lake and mountain landscape. A helical staircase adjacent to the entrance area leads up to the recreational area, which houses a bar with panoramic views.

The image of the hotel and the overall lines of the facade are created in light, flowing shapes. These shapes soften the corners and reduce wind resistance. Such dynamic design of the facade ensures high stability in the climate of the region due to its ability to withstand strong winds.
