The "Tahus Group" business center is located in the heart of a residential urban area. The construction of the building is expected to boost the district's development towards becoming a thriving business hub. The facility is an eight-storey office building with an underground parking garage. The building's design, featuring a distinctive structural facade and a dark stylobate on two floors, seamlessly integrates into the existing architectural style of the neighborhood.

The main spaces on the first and second floors of the business center have a versatile layout and zoning, including administrative offices and reception areas. There is also a comfortable coffee shop available for meetings and negotiations.

From the third to seventh floors, there are office spaces that vary in size, with areas dedicated to catering, office equipment, and meetings. On the eighth floor, there is an exit leading to a terrace and a restaurant offering panoramic views of the southern mountains outside the city.
