About the project

In the heart of Kyrgyzstan's picturesque corner, near the azure waters of Issyk-Kul, a multifunctional complex is taking shape, an oasis of comfort and inspiration. Here, in a place where the cerulean sky meets the mirror-like surface of the lake, harmonious residential districts, a welcoming hotel, a graceful banquet hall, and a convenient multi-level parking lot converge, united by a shared infrastructure. The radial layout of the complex ensures an intuitive connection between residential, leisure, and commercial areas, forming a unified living space.

About the project

In the heart of Kyrgyzstan's picturesque corner, near the azure waters of Issyk-Kul, a multifunctional complex is taking shape, an oasis of comfort and inspiration. The radial layout of the complex ensures an intuitive connection between residential, leisure, and commercial areas, forming a unified living space.

Within the project's framework, two charming neighbourhoods will emerge, comprising buildings ranging from four to nine storeys in height, with the lower two floors dedicated to socio-cultural facilities and residential units. The core of each neighbourhood will be comprised of expansive public spaces brimming with the laughter of children, the thrill of sports, the soothing rustle of pedestrian walkways, and the tranquil serenity of leisure areas. Convenient parking spaces seamlessly integrate into the fabric of each neighbourhood. On the western side of the development, a vibrant public and retail area, along with a modern multi-storey parking facility, will come to life. To the east, a hotel and banqueting hall designed for unforgettable celebrations and gatherings will shine like jewels. In the heart of the complex, a community centre has been created, serving as a hub for leisure activities, social interactions, and fostering bonds among residents.

The design of the complex is a tribute to the harmony with the natural environment. The circular layout creates a striking spatial framework, allowing for clear visibility of all elements and fostering a feeling of openness and liberation. The facades of the apartment hotels, resembling sails, form a distinctive architectural silhouette, imbued with lightness and elegance. The reflective surfaces of the panoramic windows, reflecting the sky, mirror the tranquil surface of Lake Issyk-Kul. The bright, rhythmic balconies evoke the movement of the white waves on the lake, adding a sense of energy to the design. This architectural approach not only highlights the natural essence of the project but also deepens the emotional connection with this remarkable location, inspiring a sense of tranquility and delight.
