The central public block is a visual embodiment of progress, a metaphorical locomotive moving forward. Its architecture is characterized by a reflective, angular, geometric shape that gradually transitions into lighter, more fluid forms with rounded edges. On either side of the glass block, the facade features distinct accent colors: yellow on the right and blue on the left, creating a dynamic visual contrast.
