This idea was presented for consideration in the contest «Renovation of facades of standard-issue apartment blocks of series 105 and 464» and «A series of low-rise residential buildings of manor type for Bishkek» in 2018.
The renovation project encompasses five buildings of series 105 and 464, with five and nine floors respectively. The facades of the complex are characterized by their rhythmic and graphic design. The use of light and dark stone creates a clear contrast, while bright geometric elements protruding from the surface add a play of shadows and provide an interesting touch to the familiar images.

The ground and first floors will be home to a variety of retail establishments, cafes, and restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. The rooftops will be transformed into lush green terraces.

The complex also boasts a well-planned park and recreational areas, as well as a leisure area featuring sports facilities and playgrounds, with a basement parking garage underneath.
