The concept is designed in a zigzag shape for a reason - the neighborhood is located in the foothills, so this solution allows us to provide the largest number of apartments with a panoramic view of the mountains.

The architecture of these buildings is inspired by the beauty of a flower, with each residential unit gradually expanding from a narrow stem to a wider upper section. To promote optimal ventilation, the design includes varying heights for the residential structures. This approach ensures that the seventeen residential units do not appear overly dense.
