The project includes an entertainment area, a hotel, and a business center. The facility is located in a developing residential area near the state highway and creates a prominent silhouette on the urban landscape. This corner building will play a significant role in determining the future growth of the area.

The conceptual solution for the project centered around bringing together multidisciplinary companies from both domestic and international markets. The primary goal was to establish a communication center for large-scale diplomatic events with guests from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

The ground floors of the structure feature versatile zoning. The stairwells, hallways, outdoor areas, and elevators form a well-organized internal transportation system that simplifies the coordination of traffic. This approach was implemented to merge two distinct functional areas into one space: «Block A» with its hotel and residential units; «Block B» with its office space and meeting rooms. The center also includes cinemas, children's play areas, educational facilities, and retail outlets.
