The project is a rural residence, a family manor, designed in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright. The property is situated in a mountainous region, allowing this architectural approach to blur the lines between the built environment and the natural world. The facade design is characterized by horizontal elements crafted from natural materials, seamlessly integrating the house into the surrounding landscape.
Despite the fact that the height of the ceilings in the living and dining areas is 6.4 metres, and in the entrance hall and master bedroom it is 4.2 metres, the house does not appear to be overly spacious or unwieldy. On the contrary, the generous amount of room in these areas gives a sense of liberty in terms of activity and movement.
The open-plan design of the property, coupled with expansive windows and a sizable terrace, infuses the dwelling with an abundance of natural light, fostering a sense of coziness and intimacy. Moreover, due to the abundance of windows that seamlessly merge with the surrounding landscape, the structure harmoniously blends with nature.
