ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The unique and multifunctional Dream City quarter is located in the heart of Bishkek. It consists of two buildings, each containing 200 apartments of a business class, a four-story business center, a hotel with 160 rooms, and a sports and wellness complex that includes a premium fitness center, sauna, and wellness center offering various spa treatments. All facilities have their own underground parking on two floors.

The unique and multifunctional Dream City quarter is located in the heart of Bishkek. On the eastern side, all components of the complex are interconnected through a landscape design — a verdant «lobby» — a boulevard that meanders through the area between the hotel and business centre, which serves as a venue for a «restaurant street». All sections of the complex are seamlessly linked by pedestrian paths and vehicular routes, including those that encircle the entire complex.

The residential component of the complex is meticulously designed to optimize the functionality and comfort of the internal courtyard. Two underground parking facilities and designated outdoor parking spaces cater to the requirements of the entire community, with access points strategically positioned on the western side.

The business center is a four-storey complex, designed with open-plan office spaces that have been carefully crafted to meet ergonomic standards. The facility boasts a high level of technical equipment, impeccable landscaping, and an optimal infrastructure, making it a perfect example of a modern office space.
