The construction company Imarat Stroy, under the direction of Daniyarbek Imanaliev, has previously undertaken and successfully implemented a significant concept-project — the Imarat Resort complex. This concept was developed in collaboration with Nikken Sekkei and the architectural studios MICHA Architecture and Ismaev Architects. These collaborations served as the foundation for the existing design. Our architectural studio has further enhanced the existing concept, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive design for the central building, incorporating residential apartments.
The Imarat Resort is a resort complex located on the banks of Lake Issyk-Kul, which combines the grace of architectural design with the convenience of modern leisure. The central edifice comprises eight blocks of varying heights, accommodating more than a hundred dwellings spanning from the ground to the fifth level, providing breathtaking panoramas of the lake and surrounding mountain ranges.
The nine blocks comprise a meticulously designed space for living and leisure. The residential complex offers a private apartment pool fund and a fully-fledged infrastructure, including a spa with swimming pools and a hammam, gym facilities, massage rooms, a restaurant with a summer terrace, children's playground, and cozy relaxation areas. Each level is crafted to provide an opportunity for slowing down, recuperation, and immersing oneself in the ambiance of a resort, all without the need to leave one's home.
