The business center 79 is situated in the heart of the urban area — the Golden Square. It is a ten-storey edifice designed in an industrial style. To create the illusion of an open space, the elevator shafts have been designed to be transparent, allowing one to simultaneously witness the bustling city life and the tranquility of the office interiors.
Throughout the business center, spaces seamlessly transition into one another, creating an atmosphere conducive to social interaction. The spatial segmentation is achieved through the use of colour accents on the flooring, which are mirrored in the configuration of the suspended ceiling and the positioning of the lighting fixtures. The combination of dark and light hues, the interplay of rough textures and reflective surfaces, all contribute to a unified and uncluttered composition in which nothing is extraneous.
The corridor and the hall have been designed in the manner of an art gallery. The methodology of the lobby complies with fundamental principles, and within its confines there is a designated waiting area and a reception desk. Moreover, a café-like space is integrated into the lobby, allowing visitors to savour a cup of coffee in a congenial ambiance while conducting business transactions with clients.
The conference hall is a space designed in a contemporary style, with a focus on minimalism and convenience. The use of wooden panels and clean lines creates an atmosphere of strength and refinement. The central table is flanked by sleek black chairs with chromium accents, which underscore the business-like nature of the venue. Ceiling fixtures in the form of geometric shapes add dynamism and ensure even illumination throughout the room. In the event that it is required, the space can be partitioned into two smaller areas using a movable divider, making it adaptable for events of diverse formats.
