The three-storey apartment building is located in the heart of the "Karven Four Seasons" Recreation Center, in the picturesque village of Sary-Oi, on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. It is the final phase of the development of the central avenue and perfectly blends into the natural surroundings.
