"Karven Four Seasons" resort is situated on the banks of lake Issyk-Kul, in the enchanting location of Sary-Oi. The resort boasts a comprehensive range of facilities for leisure, wellness, and events of all kinds. We have devised a comprehensive plan for the development of a specific area within the premises of Karven.

The eight-storey hotel provides a total of 24 rooms, varying in size from 16 square meters to 68 square meters, on each floor. The ground floors feature a beauty salon, a massage room, a sauna and a hammam, a swimming pool, a gym, a doctor's office, a game room, a children's area, a restaurant, a coffee shop, branded shops, and much more.

The exterior of apart-hotels boasts a fascinating design — the reflective surface of the expansive panoramic windows, in harmony with the skyline, evokes the image of Lake Issyk-Kul's tranquil waters, while the dynamic, light-hued balconies resemble small, foamy white waves.
Each of the six floors of the hotels houses five apartments ranging in size from 35 square meters to 84 square meters. On the top floor, there are two penthouse suites measuring 156 square meters and 172 square meters, respectively, each boasting spacious balconies that provide breathtaking views of the surroundings.
