This office building project represents a harmonious fusion of office spaces, amenities, and retail. One can seamlessly combine productive work with quality leisure time in a single location. The ground floor is designed to accommodate shops, a retail arcade, and dining establishments.

This office building project represents a harmonious fusion of office spaces, amenities, and retail. One can seamlessly combine productive work with quality leisure time in a single location. The ground floor is designed to accommodate shops, a retail arcade, and dining establishments.
The concept is underpinned by an ergonomic design: the structure is divided into two sections, each comprising three and seven storeys, resulting in a dynamic and geometrically precise appearance. The facade of the base is adorned with rhythmic and sculptural glass panels. Furthermore, the use of panoramic windows ensures that the interior spaces are flooded with maximum natural light, creating an optimal working environment.
