The facility's ground floor houses a reception area, a café, and showrooms designed for the display of prominent companies affiliated with the center. On the second level, there is a dining area for staff and guests, along with two technologically advanced conference rooms. Offices for construction companies are situated on floors 3-9.

In order to optimally allocate all flows and maximize their integration, a significant amount of analytical work has been undertaken. This strategy enhances the likelihood of collaboration and networking within the centre. Nonetheless, there is still a system of access control for individual workspaces throughout the building.

The main visual focal point of the entire edifice is the reflective, monolithic surface of the facade, which engages with natural light, transforming the appearance of the building in response to changing weather conditions. In order to achieve a harmonious balance of reflectivity in the glass, a matte grey surface of HPL panels serves as a contrasting element. The windows on the eastern facade have been integrated with LED modules, creating a captivating display.
