The complex consists of 28 spacious cottages measuring 250 square meters each, with their own territory of 15 acres. All the cottages are designed in a unified architectural style with unique engineering equipment, and premium design solutions. Each cottage features a heating system, a private well, gas and electricity supply. The settlement also boasts its own maintenance service and administrative building.

The pathways within Premier Seliger are tiled, ensuring a tidy appearance and seamless connectivity between all areas, including the entrance to the village. The shoreline of the village has been prepared for a comfortable stay, with vegetation cleared and the beach area prepared.
