The initial concept envisioned a spherical structure. However, the prevailing image of the edifice repels potential investors seeking to pursue further construction efforts.

To minimize the budget, we decided to reduce the number and complexity of the glazing. At the same time, we created the dynamic of the panels due to the twisting style of the facade. Combined with the smooth flow of shapes and all-round window view, this allowed us to create a modern look for the entire building.
