ABOUT THE PROJECT

The development project for the quarter addresses several objectives for the district, including the construction of multifaceted residential buildings and commercial spaces, which will offer convenient work environments close to home.

The development project for the quarter addresses several objectives for the district, including the construction of multifaceted residential buildings and commercial spaces, which will offer convenient work environments close to home.

On an area of 1.85 hectars, there are two 12-storey residential buildings and five office buildings, ranging in height from 5 to 9 floors. The buildings stand out for their unique rhythm and the combination of different textures in their facades.
The residential area was designed with a minimum amount of ground parking inside the courtyard, and access to the office and residential buildings can be accessed from two different directions. Separate underground parking is available for residents' and employees' cars.
